OEAA showcase and Boximus Maximus schedules; Hard Girls tonight

Boximus Maximus 2.0, a nod to 2008’s two-night Box Awesome concert, unveiled its schedule this week. The Nov. 29 one-night, 12-band, three-venue mini-festival in downtown Lincoln announced a minor lineup change, as well.

Handsomer Jaws dropped off the bill for a schedule conflict and have been replaced by The Gems, a lo-fi electronic rock outfit. Additionally, Boximus Maximus will be Yesh’s first show. We don’t know much about the band yet except that Ian Francis, of The Machete Archive and Low Horse, plays drums.

Like Lincoln Calling and Lincoln Exposed, Boximus Maximus centers around 14th and O with shows at Duffy’s, The Zoo Bar and The Bourbon. RSVP here.
