In the photos below, you can watch Letlive singer Jason Butler go from a leather-jacket-clad fetal position to shirtless and in full embrace with last night’s Vega crowd.

The Los Angeles-based post-hardcore band has been around since 2002, and is between touring albums. Letlive’s most recent effort, The Blackest Beautiful, came out on Epitaph Records in 2013.

Three more metal and hardcore bands opened the show. Omaha’s Superior is fresh off a national tour and is working on a new record. Chicago’s Arkham swung through Lincoln before a few more Illinois dates this weekend. And Kearney’s Lighthouses came up to Lincoln; it released its new album, Lumen, back in November.
