Omaha hip-hop duo Both released a video for “Toothpaste” this week. The track, featuring Chicago-based emcee Kami De Chukwu, is from Both’s self-titled debut album from earlier this year.
The video features Both emcee Scky Rei waking up and meeting with producer INFNTLP to play video games and eat chips covered in toothpaste. Shots are ornamented by cartoon-like animations. Check out the full Both LP here.
Both plays at The Waiting Room on Nov. 25, opening for Desaparecidos with Digital Leather. RSVP to the show here.

It’s also add day for HN Radio, and we’re kicking off our streaming playlist with Josh Hoyer and the Shadowboxers and some vintage Mars Black. Press play, and relax. Quick shout-out to Omaha singer-songwriter Steven File for submitting a track this week. “The Wait” is a layered canvas of wintry pop sensibilities.
