In its sophomore year, the Nebraska Folk & Roots Festival eschewed the urban jungle of the Railyard for Branched Oak Farms, a setting more befitting of its Americana-filled lineup.

By all accounts, the two-day festival provided a fun, relaxing atmosphere, with 23 bands, multiple vendors and hundreds of fans. Here, we recap a 2015 Nebraska Folk & Roots Festival filled with music, dancing and camaraderie, by scorching sun and romantic moonlight.
