Satellite Junction: is Jyothi Samudrala (Guitar/Vocals), Josh McAdams (Guitar/Vocals), Joe McCann (Bass), & Jason Lambrecht (Drums). The band was born in early 2015 when Josh & Jyothi met through a mutual friend and began writing/recording/collaborating on each others original songs. Their different influences and musical backgrounds resulted in a very interesting chemistry and, before long, they had several songs written. The band’s sound was rounded out that summer when Joe and Jason joined the band. Both Joe and Jason were obvious and immediate fits on their very first sessions with the band.

No Time Like the Present is a complete DIY project recorded and mixed in Josh’s basement during the fall and winter of 2015. It is unique in that the guys in the band were in control of every aspect of production on these tracks with no outside influence or expertise. Four of the tracks on the album feature Jyothi on lead vocals and the other four feature Josh on lead vocals. Some of these songs came out of the very first sessions when Josh and Jyothi met.”
