KZUM’s Blues Blowout Benefit!

As most may know, KZUM currently faces raising a record $300,000 by September 30, to remain eligible for funding from the Corporation of Public Broadcasting.

Help us close the gap on this goal by attending our last fundraising event before our deadline!

Each year KZUM takes Labor Day weekend to celebrate the Blues, by airing blues music continuously for over 72 hours! This year we decided to kick off the weekend by throwing a Blues Blowout Benefit!

We will also be celebrating our recent win of “Keeping the Blues Alive Award for Public Radio” from The Blues Foundation this past year!

We are beyond excited to bring Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds from Brooklyn, NY, to Lincoln, NE. Also performing, Hector Anchondo Band, CJ Mills, and Tim Budig Band!!
