From The Arc presents: The HERE & NOW Tour at The Zoo Bar

From The Arc is hitting the road! FTA is making 7 stops and one of them is in the capital city!

Cost: $5 at the door, night of show

Let’s take a look at who is joining them for the festivities:

“The Beryillium Takeover” – Omaha.
If you like rage against the machine, you’re going to love this group. “Playing what they want, doing what they love and determined to start a music revolution. This group is trying to rid the world of “schmaltzy, meaningless, and disgraceful pop music.”

“The Other Side of Now” – Lincoln.
“The Other Side of Now spent 2016 writing and sharpening their chops. Lincoln and Omaha is where they call home, but really home is anywhere that has a guitar and half-priced tall boys. All coming from previous bands playing through out the area, each dude brings a wealth of experience and excitement to The Other Side of Now.”

“The Hanyaks” – Lincoln
“Monte Peck & The Hanyaks have created an era appropriate style of tasteful alternative rock infused with elements of blues, punk, country, and r&b. With a heavy rhythm section, soaring vocals, and wall-of-sound guitars, Monte Peck and The Hanyaks appear be a modern yet even cross of Led Zeppelin and Weezer. But during songs like Waitin’ On Linze (The Breakdown) and Cut You Loose (Social Candy), the undeniable Texas blues and outlaw-country influence of Waylon Jennings and Rodney Crowell shine through showcasing a genuine diversity seldom found within your typical rock band. Hold on… there’s more… they don’t stop there. On other tunes such as R (The Breakdown) and Exbestfriend (Like A Parthian Shot), they shift gears again effortlessly; their sound and lyrics become dark, moody, and deeply confessional not unlike that of The Smashing Pumpkins or Stone Temple Pilots.”

“From The Arc” – Omaha
“From the Arc is about leaving your problems at the door and leaving your faith in loud guitars, entrusting your heart to the kick of the drums, partying it up to the bass drop and inhaling a damn good time from the leading vocals. When we step onstage, we put it all out there and strive to make every show, our best show.

Music isn’t just something we do, it’s what we love. While every band says that and it’s cliché…it doesn’t make it any less true. All of us have been in bands before and we all came together to do something different and are having a blast doing so. Simple words often fail, so we use music to tell our stories as individuals, and as a band.

So Follow us, like us, check us out and give us a chance. You won’t be disappointed. We got a lot of music coming soon and are looking forward to ROCKING your socks off…Straight through the ears and into the heart.”
