Dave Losso’s tireless DIY work ethic has landed him all over the country and sharing the stage with such acts as Kyle Kinane, Ari Shaffir, Ben Kronberg, Sean Patton, Johnny Pemberton, Josh Fadem, Ryan Singer and Brooks Wheelan. He’s also been featured on the Hindsight with Dan Van Kirk and Arguments & Grievances podcasts, in the Chicago Tribune and appears in the upcoming SeeSo series Hidden America With Jonah Ray. The 1988 film Die Hard is based on his life.
Chicago comedian Jason Melton funnels absurdity through warm-sweetness to turn out out well-crafted jokes. His hyper-positive silliness was influenced by the dead steel towns of Northwest Indiana, hallucinogenic academia, and the comedic training grounds of Chicago. He performs comedy from coast to coast, but you can catch him at Chicago’s Comedy Bar every week hosting the Open Mic Show. He produces the Yeah Buddy Awesome Time and Beer Belly Open Mic. He’s performed at many festivals including 10,000 Laughs, Beast Village, and Floodwater Comedy Festival. He writes and performs for the live sketch/video show, Cocaine Murder Jam. Joe Fernandez is a half-Cuban half-Irish (or Cubish) comedian. Growing up in Texas he had an affinity for the sport of baseball and dreamed of one day playing for the Houston Astros. When his body didn’t grow up with his dreams, he moved to performing stand-up comedy where muscles aren’t necessary. In his 8 years of stand-up, he’s taken his off-stage persona of intolerable presence and morphed it into his on-stage persona of lovable jerk. He satirizes through absurdity and is facetious to a fault. He has performed in the Chicago TBS Just For Laughs Fest and was a finalist for the Andy Kaufman Award. He’s opened for comics such as Natasha Leggero, Harland Williams, and Jon Lovitz. He is currently head writer and cast member of Chicago based sketch group Actual Murderers.
