Arson City is a 5 piece rock band based out of Omaha, NE that formed in late July of 2013 and has started out with some true fire right out of the gate.
Arson City is not just a musical project, it is an all out concept and vision, with each member of the band portraying their own character within Arson City. The Mayor, The Doctor, The Dealer, The Con and The Enforcer. Arson City is filled with violence, greed, corruption, and is in a constant struggle within itself to maintain hope for those have none, strength to those who need it, and revenge for those seeking it. Not only has Arson City’s music already caught on and gained them strong local and regional backing, members of their fan base have become known as “CITIZENS.” These “Citizens” come to Arson City performances, portraying their own characters, with their own stories, and have become part of the vision, part of the show and are helping to grow Arson City.
Arson City has already gained major traction both locally and regionally in the short time they have been together. With all of the members experiencing success through previous projects, many fans have converted and followed the 5 members to Arson City and several cities across the U.S. have been calling to get a glimpse of Arson City’s high energy stage performance and all out presentation. Arson City is looking to expand it’s fan base across the U.S. and get out and play for those looking to experience what Arson City has to offer. Welcome, to Arson City.
Arson City released their first Self-Titled EP in October of 2013 with 3 explosive tracks (Enemy, I’m Awake, Let Your Guard Down) that are still fan favorites to this day. After about a half year, they released their 2nd EP “Not Coming Home” on June 28th, 2014 and immediately saw their efforts pay off by landing a direct support slot with Stone Sour on July 18th, 2014 and having the title track added into the regular rotation on the rock Station in Omaha, NE – 89.7 The River. The NCH EP is reached lengths across the county and the title track from the EP is reaching #1 on many Internet Rock Stations. Since the release, Arson City has been non stop packed with radio interviews, show offers and is really seeing a strong surge of new fans and Citizens. It is their hope that this will launch what they believe will be much more regional success, and possibly more.
In March of 2015, the band will be releasing their first full-length album entitled “The Horror Show”. It will include 5 re-recorded/re-mixed/re-master favorites from the first 2 EP’s including “Not Coming Home”, “City Of Fire”, and “I’m Awake”. There are also 6 brand new tracks to be released on the disc as well. Stay tuned for more information on the album to be released soon…
