In Love Drunk's 108th session, Dan McCarthy of McCarthy Trenching performs "That Ain't Ragtime," in his Dundee-area living room.
The song is about the "new ragtime player in town," who has to figure out a way to fit in with a foreign culture.
"I imagine this character being a Crocodile Dundee kind of guy," McCarthy says. "Ya know, kind of like, 'That's not ragtime… now that's ragtime,' after playing a great tune."
McCarthy said the band has plans to add a couple new members and record a double album sometime next year.
