2012 brings about yet another member change for Omaha, NE’s Landing on the Moon. With the departure of guitarist, Matt Carroll in early 2011, the band converted from an extremely full five piece, to a more simple four piece rock and roll outfit. Most of last year was spent revamping the sound, writing new material, and playing locally and regionally, in the Midwest. Original bassist Eric Harris is now moving on, as Landing on the Moon moves on into 2012, introducing new bassist, Matt Hall. Matt is a long time family friend, a Nebraska organic farmer by day, and bass player extraordinaire. LOTM will spend 2012 continuing to write and document new material, will enter the studio this year to record and share it with the world, and will travel the states to spread it, live in the US.
