The Sub-Vectors formed in the summer of 2012 on a passion for true, authentic surf music. Influenced by surf legends new and old, the band aims to rekindle the old fires and traditions of instrumental surf.

On Jan. 10, 2015, The Sub-Vectors are set to release their sophomore album, titled “Music on the Bones.” The album features the band’s evolving sound and takes listeners on a tonal trek through reverb-saturated tracks that are at times energetic, frantic, psychedelic or even tribal. “Music on the Bones” features a second disc, titled “The Bootlegs,” featuring live performances of the band recorded at several familiar Omaha venues.
