LINEUP
Lucas Kellison & the Undisco Kids (Lincoln – funk/soul)
Lucas Kellison brings a unique rendition of soul music to the stage and studio, alike. His sound is driven by a gritty rhythm section, soaring harmonies, and infectious funk. Having shared the stage with such acts as Gorillaz, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Boyz II Men, Dead Prez and George Clinton, Kellison is a young-yet-seasoned vet–ready to make his way to wherever the music takes him.

FREAKABOUT (Lincoln – hard rock)
FREAKABOUT is an electrifying four-piece rock band from Lincoln, Nebraska. Rooted in classic Rock’n’Roll, the band has also been identified with a very dynamic, eclectic sound that has allowed them to perform alongside multiple genres of bands such as Dead Sara, Jessica Hernandez & The Deltas, Modest Mouse, G-Eazy, and more.

Daniel Christian (Tecumseh – rock)
Nebraska singer-songwriter Daniel Christian has earned seven Omaha Entertainment Award nominations, including Best Singer-Songwriter, Best Alternative/Indie Artist, Best Christian/Gospel, and Artist of the Year. Daniel was a high school English teacher for 5 years before making music his full-time occupation in 2008. **Hear Nebraska takes to the road, bringing local music to Greater Nebraska communities during its third-annual Good Living Tour, presented by Nebraska Department of Economic Development. Each concert, carefully curated by Hear Nebraska, featured a lineup of original, diverse Nebraska acts, with at least one band native to each town – representing an array of musical genres and styles – from indie rock to country to hip-hop to blues.

On the day of each concert, Hear Nebraska staff and performing artists will lead an educational workshop designed to give every community the tools and knowledge to increase the presence and support of original music in their community. These workshops will be responsive to each community’s desires and infrastructures, focusing on what what is possible and what will have the greatest impact.
