Biography

HERS is a four-piece band in Portland, Oregon comprised of Melissa Amstutz, Rachel Tomlinson Dick, Cody Peterson, & Ellen Wilde. They enjoy constant evolution, which is maybe why they’ve changed their name twice. But to be fair, people insisted on calling them “The Honeybees.” What would you do? Their first record under HERS (and with these members) is called Youth Revisited and will be released June 3rd, 2014. You can expect distortion, layered vocals, loud drums, & aptly placed omnichord.

Also, David Greenwald used the phrase "cauterizing fuzz-punk" and we like that.
