As part of their “50 States Project,” Paste is running down lists of bands from every state for broader exposure. They’re currently 28 states in, and you can read about the project here.
Nebraska took its turn this morning as Paste’s Emelia Fredlick offered 11 Nebraska bands “you should listen to now.” Grabbing a few embeds from Hear Nebraska, a recent song premiere from Kill County and a Universe Contest track off Hear Nebraska Vol. 2, Paste worked out a fairly even split between Omaha and Lincoln, and clearly put some thought into genre.
