Something was brewing Saturday at this year's Soapbox Riot 300. But it had nothing to do with the third-annual race pitting mostly Nebraska musicians against each other in wooden death traps. Fueled by copious numbers of PBR tallboys (rocket fuel) and compounded by an inflated sense of personal sprinting speed mixed with (presumably) high school track nostalgia, Landon Hedges (Little Brazil) and Todd Von Stupp (Baby Tears, The Shanks), challenged each other to a 300 meter foot race. They didn't realize that Love Drunk's Django Greenblatt-Seay would be taking down the middle lane with a camera. Here's what happened.
