Out of Line is the debut EP of Omaha, Nebraska rock band Two Shakes. The EP was recorded at Moose Lodge Recording Studios in Omaha just months after the band’s formation in March of 2013. “Music without an era,” Two Shakes first venture is unambiguously rock. The influences of Post-Punk and the Garage Rock of the early 90’s are apparent, but flavors of Blues and Funk make for a fresh fusion of classic sounds. Straight-forward lyrics span several subjects, but wrestle with the common themes of control and freedom.
