A night of hometown rock, good friends, fun, and it’s all for a good cause. Our good friend Robert (Bob) Thornton (From such amazing bands as: X-Factor, Say No More, Clayface, Culture Fire, Frontier Trust, Body By Heroin, Carmine, Now Archimedes!, Qing Jao, Past Punchy and the Present, Students of Crime, Wagon Blasters) is currently suffering with very serious health complications after he underwent an operation in January. Because of his serious health condition, Bob has been away from work for over 6 months working on recovery. Bob and his family took a punch financially due to his time off of work and mounting medical bills. He is now scheduled for more medical work. We can help! Come on out and have a great time with some good old friends, and rock out. There will be an auction, a raffle, and lots of local music.

Not only did/does Robert play in numerous bands, but he promoted, booked and ran sound for several shows in the 90’s and was a big part of the late and great Cog Factory. He also recorded the “Simon Joyner – Room Temperature” release, sang the song titled, “Gargoyles” on “Solid Jackson – Natural” release. He has lent out his van and musical gear to numerous people over the years and let many bands practice in several of his basements. A true musician and kind man.
