Rita Hosking with Sean Feder at LAFTA Main Stage

Rita Hosking hails from northern California and sings of forest fires, culture clashes, demolition derbies, the working class, and hope. Descended from Cornish miners who sang as they worked, Rita grew up with deep regard for folk music and the power of voice. Her style of country-folk has been praised for its sense of story and of place. Rita will be performing with husband Sean Feder on banjo and dobro.
