The Academy of Rock here in Lincoln is in search of a new host facility and sponsorship, so here at the Night Owl Pub -Lincoln, Ne we decided to put a show together to help get the word out about what an incredible program Academy of Rock is, and to try to help raise them a little money by adding a $2 cover charge to this event, which will be donated to the Academy of Rock. We will also be providing tip jars for those who want donate to the cause in that manner!

We’ve got an incredible music line up for this night made up entirely of young up-and-coming artists based out of Lincoln. From 6pm-8pm we’ll have the Academy of Rock students performing. Shortly after 8pm we have a former academy student (whose student band disbanded) who is now a regular performer at Lincoln Open Mic Night every Wednesday kicking off the up-and-coming, young solo artist portion of the show, Miss Alexia Bazan! She’s amazing. We’ll also have After Arizona, future country superstar Jake Kloefkorn and THE GREAT Sam Stacy! Come out and show your support for these young artists! The future of music in Lincoln looks very bright, so long as we keep supporting programs like Academy of Rock!
