Red City Radio is an Oklahoma City punk band, sure. But their drummer, Dallas Tidwell, is from good ol' Imperial, Neb. (pop. 1,982). His dad still lives there, in fact. So even if RCR wasn't set to break out on the back of their upcoming full-length on Paper + Plastick, The Dangers of Standing Still, I think that Nebraska tie is enough to warrant them coverage on this site. In addition, they're planning an Omaha tour stop in late March. And, in the photo above, their bassist JoJo is wearing a Criteria shirt. So, there.
