New Ocean is the songwriting effort from Ryan McKeever, the drummer of Omaha pop-rockers In Love and the former frontman of the now disbanded indie-rock group Cymbal Rush. McKeever (who is typing this in the third person as if he's fooling you into thinking someone actually wrote a biography for him) spent nine months of 2011 recording the first New Ocean album which was then released in April of 2012.
