About halfway into the Plan C Recording Studio's open house, Matt Hovanec took our good friend Joe Champion outside to record a quick Sound Surveillance session. Champion — best known as the guitarist/vocalist in Hot From Far — performed "Chances", a heartfelt song about the trials and tribulations of being a local musician, including shout-outs to local ska bands, West of Reality, VKS and The Sharks.
